The Flash, the film from the DC cinematic universe about the Scarlet Sprinter, has already begun filming in the UK under director Andy Muschietti. Michael Keaton has been confirmed to return as Bruce Wayne / Batman in this film, which stars Ezra Miller. Tim Burton directed both Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992), in which the actor played the Dark Knight. So Keaton can once again engage in vigilantism, 30 years after his last attempt at it.
A report by The Wrap indicated that the actor was returning for a second season. According to the media, Keaton’s interpreter agency, ICM Partners, has confirmed the actor’s return as Batman.
Muschietio shared a short video from the start of filming The Flash on his Instagram account. In which you can see the film’s logo. “Here we go! The Flash day 1”, writes the director of It (2017) and It: Chapter 2 (2019) in the message accompanying the publication.
